Ingredients
- 1 Kg : Minced chicken
- 2 large : Onions
- 5 green : Chillies
- 2 tsp : Crushed red chillies
- 1 tsp : Salt
- 3 tbsp : Gram flour
- 2 tsp : Garam masala
- 1 tsp : Pomegranate powder(anardana)
- 1 tsp : Whole dried corriander seeds
- 1 tsp : Garlic powder
- 5 tbsp : Fresh corriander
- 1 tsp : Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp : turmeric powder
Directions
First crush the onions and green chillies in a chopper. Add crushed onions, chillies and all other ingredients (mentioned above) into a minced chicken. Mix everything with hands. Make kebabs from the mixture and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with poodina chutney yummy!

What you need is:
- Large plastic food bag
- one bowl water
- one flat bottom plate
Note: This recipe can be used for lamb kebabs.
