Ingredients for Fish:
- Fish : 500 gm
- Salt : half tsp
- Chilli Powder : half tsp
- Plain flour : 6 tbsp
- Yellow Colour : one pinch
- Black Pepper : 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds : half tsp
- Fresh Lemon Juice : 2 tbsp
Directions for Fish:
- Put all the ingredients into a jug and whisk till it takes the form of paste. I normally use electric whisk to mix it.
- Pat each fillet with dry plain flour and then coat it with the mixture/paste and then deep fry it.
Ingredients for Chips:
- Potatoes : 4 large
- Corn Flour : 1tbsp heaped
- Salt : 2 pinch
- Black Pepper : 2 pinch
- Peel, wash and cut potatoes in length-wise.
- Rub them with corn flour, salt and pepper
- Heat oil and deep fry them
Ingredients for Corns:
- Fresh Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
- Frozen Corns : 1 cup
- Salt : to taste
- Black Pepper : half tsp
- Butter : 1 tbsp (melted)
Directions for Corns:
- Heat butter in a pan and add corns into it along with salt and pepper. Cover them on a low flame till they become soft.
- Add lemon juice into it and stir for 2 minutes on a high flame. Ready to serve hot !
